QUOTES VS REPORTS
The difference, explained.
FREE QUOTES
A free quote is a visual inspection with our recommended works and a price to do so. There is no charge for a free quote but they are at our discretion and just as our customers are not obligated to proceed, we are also not obligated to provide a quote if we decide not to. We generally do not use ladders, remove or disturb any materials or need any tools other than a tape measure to quote. Sometimes we can even provide a quote from images, we have a lot of experience in some services, and don’t always required a visit in person.

REPORTS & SURVEYS
Unlike a quote, with a report and survey, we provide a fairly detailed report, images and a free supporting quote. We will remove tiles and other easily removed and refitted materials if needed. We will use ladders, steps and sometimes our drone to inspect and assess. We will access externally and internally if required. A free no obligation quote is also supplied to support what’s found, if anything. In most cases, depending on the circumstance, we discount the cost of a report from any works quoted, if accepted works go ahead.
