If you require a detailed quotation and itemisation, this is a chargeable service due to the admin time required. Quotations are subject to availability and we reserve the right to decline to commit to any works even if quotes are accepted.

Guarantees are supplied with most works. They are sent once full payment has been made. Insurance Backed Guarantees are available for most job types and projects but are only included if specified on Quotes and Invoices. Please let us know before works commence if you require this, as we can advise on cost.

For any warranty or guarantee claims, the client must advise us of the issues within 7 days and supply their client copy of any contracts, warranties or guarantees supplied. Client/customers are expected to retain their documents when provided. We charge an admin fee of £1500+Vat for legitimate replacement documents should they be misplaced by the client/customer.
