We work closely with a great supplier called SupaLite who custom make all our roofs. They are a family run business just like us!

01

Effective

More useful than a conservatory and as a room.

02

All Year Round

Can use the space all year round. No more being too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer.

03

Value

Adds value to your home. A new conservatory roof turns a conservatory into a ‘multi window extension’.

04

Lower U-values

Much lower U-values than a standard plastic or glass conservatory roof.

05

Velux

Optional VELUX to 1 or more sides. We have over 8 years experience installing VELUX, so you can ensure they are installed correctly.

06

Cost

A lot more friendly on the bank balance than knocking down and building a conservatory.

Reviews

“Amazing service, Very professional, Brilliant finish. Did not feel like working with a typical builder but more a collaboration with a partner to bring our design ideas to life. I would highly recommend Octa.”

– Steve Moulds.

KEY FEATURES

Without a tie bar, homeowners receive unparalleled views, and this structural strength allows for bifold installations up to 4m without extra support.

The Ultraroof comes with U-values low as 0.17, or even 0.13 W/m2K, if required. The incredible insulation comes from the complete warm roof system.

The Ultraroof is lighter than any other solid roof, at only 38kg/m2, and comes pre-fabricated with no cutting on site necessary.

The Ultraroof is fire rated as a B-roof according to EN 13501-5: 2016 and fire rated as AC according to BS476-3: 2004.

Without a tie bar, the Ultraroof provides incredible vaulted ceilings, giving homes a sense of spaciousness.

Add VELUX or glass panels to retain some natural light.
